Drape bacon slices over the rim of the cylinder, so they hang half in and half out.
For the microwave:
Cover with a paper towel for splatter and cook 1 minute per slice.
In the oven:
Place in a cold oven then turn it on to 375*. Set a timer for 20 minutes check every 2-3 minutes until the desired crispness is achieved.
Using and oven mitt pour the grease into a container for later use(our Small Counter Crock is perfect for this!), set it on a towel or trivet and munch! It’s dishwasher safe to help make clean up a breeze once it cools down to room temperature.
